Sails for Your Multihull

Windcraft provides unbiased advice on purchasing sails. The first thing we want to know is what how you use your boat - for cruising, racing, or a bit of both. We will help steer you through the confusing variety of sail cloths and designs, and help you reach the best combination of cost, longevity, and performance. We are agents for most major multihull sailmakers, including Smyth Sails, Calvert Sails, Ullman Sails and North Sails, so you will be assured that you are not buying a fad being pushed by one particular loft. For the racer, we work closely with several world-renowned multihull sail makers to develop the highest performance sails at the best possible price. And, because we actively cruise on our own boats, and understand what a cruiser is looking for, it won't cost you any more to buy your sails from Windcraft than directly from the sail loft. We also occasionally have used sails available.

Furling Systems for jibs, screachers and spinnakers

We are very excited about a new line of top-down spinnaker furlers from Colligo Marine. Check out this short video demonstrating a spinnaker furling system on our Corsair Dash 750. Colligo Marine also make very nice screacher furling systems.

We also recommend Facnor continuous line furling systems for screachers and Facnor's unique extrusionless headsail furling system for jibs, ideal for trailerable boats such as Corsairs; these does not require a rigid foil extrusion and will make life much easier for you when raising and lowering your mast. Synthetic rigging

We represent Colligo Marine, manufacturers of state-of-the-art synthetic rigging for your multihull. Lighter, stronger and easier to coil than wire. You can choose between covered and uncovered Dynex Dux shrouds and forestays. Colligo Marine's hardware (terminators and distributors) is the best we have ever seen. Nets and other gear

Windcraft offers high quality replacement trampolines and nets by SunriseYacht Products. We can also provide you with any OEM replacement part for your Corsair, Windrider, or other multihull, as well as accessories and service including gelcoat and fiberglass repair. We can also handle special rigging jobs - either lightweight running rigging or standing rigging - and can advise you on and help you with the installation of instruments.
