We recommend Facnor or Colligo Marine continuous line furling systems for screachers. We are also very excited about a new line of top-down spinnaker furlers from Colligo Marine (check out this short Youtube video demonstrating one of these spinnaker furling systems on a Corsair Dash 750).

We also offer a unique headsail furling system by Facnor that is ideal for trailerable trimarans; it does not require a rigid foil extrusion, and unlike other systems enables you to retain the use of your standard jib halyard. We have installed these systems on all models of Corsair from Sprint 750's to F-27s, to Corsair F-28s and F-31s. Please call or e-mail for further information and prices.

Here is what some of our customers had to say about their new Facnor jib furler from Windraft.

From a Corsair F -27 owner

I received my new Facnor 4T jib furler and sail from Windcraft (Don Wigston). The Facnor 4T unit is made in
France and the new jib was designed by Dave Calvert of Calvert Sails. So far we are thrilled. The continuous line furler works like a charm and rolls the sail up in seconds. No more wrestling with a big battened sail on a narrow foredeck. Due to Don's forethought, the unit was a snap to install and mast raising was no different than before. We may have lost a fraction of a knot in top end speed,we were doing 15.5 knots in 21 knots apparent the other day with very flat water. We will also be able to use the older sails and hank them on to the forestay just not furl them. An extremely well made system and one that should be considered if you wish to convert to furling. I had a Harken Mark 1 furling system on my Dragonfly 25, but I like this system much better.

From a Corsair F-31R owner

Good Morning Don,

I would like to pass on some feed back regarding the furling system you built,   UNBELIEVABLE!  The installation was a breeze and it worked  almost too easy.  We rolled and unrolled several times in 15  to 25 knot winds and every time  it rolled with such little effort  it was almost like there was no sail attached. This unit make the old Profurl look so antique and hard to use, by far this is the best piece of gear I have purchased for Flying Circus.
